If you shop here I hope you don't need any help. Selection is decent, but it is probably the worst Kohl's in the area.
Needed a couple pairs of jeans, I was going to fly into MKE and get to store before they closed, with late flight that wasn't going to happen. I needed jeans early next morning, I called the store and a manager by the name of Linda, helped me order on line and then dropped by my hotel so I had them in morning....went up and beyond to help me out! Thank you Linda !
I use a wheelchair and get out of my vehicle via a ramp. Kohl's has two spaces that are available for this to happen. However it was someone parked even 6 in I am unable to get out of my vehicle. Then when I get into the store I am constantly fighting to get through the aisles. I have pushed to separate clothing. I have gotten stuck. I go down the lane miles and am afraid I will knock things off. This time my controller was caught by some clothing and was twisted before I could get it free. I understand the salespeople only do but they are told. However when I say something and get a sales person saying, "how could we get all the merchandise in if it wasn't so crowded?" It does not make me feel welcome. I am usually polite. This time I told her it may take a lawsuit to get them to comply. I sent over $400. I am tired of retail stores putting more and more merchandise in. There is a reason I went to mostly shopping online and this experience shows I should continue doing that.
I like the new kiosks and the checkout lane system. It seems like a long line but it goes fast.
Store is clean with nice selection, but team members could be friendlier. Just feel like they don't care if you are there or not. I don't shop there much anymore. Deals are not really there. Kohl's cash is just to get you back in and buy more.
