Very disappointed in this cleaners! I took the EXACT same kind of drapes to them, once the end of August and once this past Friday morning. Both times, the drapes were not ready when they were supposed to be--even with my going one-two days after they were to be there. My bill in August was $50.45 for four panels but today, the cost was $79.32 for the same type of drape and again 4 panels. The gal today said that she would give me a 15% discount for them not being ready when they were promised--two days ago. So my bill today ended up being $64.32. This is a $28.87 difference in price for the exact same drape panels. That's a big increase in 1 1/2 months. Also...they do not take coupons for drapes, but as I pointed out to them both times, it does not say that anywhere on the coupon. I will no longer use this cleaners!
I have had great luck with my dry cleaning and my husband's laundered shirts. Klinke does a really nice job and they do it fast! I really like getting a text message when my order is ready. They are not the cheapest but I don't mind paying for good service and quality results.
Great staff. Stopped in at closing time as I was running late and they were very courteous and helpful.
Two blouses, stains marked with masking tape. couldn't miss......but they did. Took back and came out perfectly fine the SECOND time. At least they made it right.
We switched to Klinke Cleaners after our last dry cleaner lost some of our clothing items. Kline's customer service is excellent and friendly. We've been very pleased with their very prompt work.
