If no star was option that is what I would choose!!!! First of all when I found a backsplash I wanted I asked if they had more and the guy looked it up and said yes looks like we do...so he proceeded to look on the shelves and such for a short period..then he says oh well our numbers are never accurate so we must not have any more...(didn't seem to care to find them) so I started searching myself and when he noticed he actually started to look for them like he cared and what do you know he found them! So a week later which was last night me and my husband were doing our backsplash and realized we weren't going to have enough so I checked online to see if they had more. Said they have 9 more so perfect I thought. Gave them a call just to make sure and the guy on the phone says oh we only have three and that the inventory is never accurate. Didn't even go look or anything..... So I drove even farther to a different home depot got there 5 min before they closed and got what I needed. The next morning I went to the delafield home depot to grab something else for the kitchen and what do you know they have three BOXES on the floor. So clearly someone was to damn lazy to go look for me and do there damn job. Thanks home depot
Needed some indoor/outdoor carpeting to cover boat lifts... staff was very prompt and helpful. I find myself going there more often for things.
When asked for help out with a cart full of 100 plus 2x4's the so called Pro helper walked next to cart not even touching it. Half way out I asked could you maybe help a little. He touched the top board. After a few steps I could take it. I said thanks for the help. He said your welcome and walked away leaving me to do the rest. Also the gal at the Pro desk really needs to be put cleaning toilet. What a bad attitude.
Always well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful. Store and bathrooms are clean. Kids love the monthly Kids Workshops.
