Purchased a sofa on 9/3/2017. Canceled it within an hour after purchasing because we found it cheaper. As of 9/15/2017, a credit STILL hasn't been issued. I called Colders numerous times and was told my purchase was refunded on 9/4. I filed a dispute today (9/15) with my credit card company. I spoke with Colders to ask for a copy of my refund receipt and was told a refund was processed on 9/14. WHY ON EARTH WAS A REFUND PROCESSED 11 DAYS AFTER A CANCELLATION?!? Shame on Colders for issuing a timely refund.
Great furniture and customer service!! We love our new furniture. Our salesperson was very helpful and friendly. The furniture was delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery guys were very careful bringing it into the house. We highly recommend Colder's! We'll be returning for more furniture in the future.
Swarmed at the door by salesmen, only to be followed within 15 feet as I waked around the entire store.
Working with Judy was the best experience! I called and was connected with her and explained to her I wouldn't be able to make it to the store, so we would have to do everything over the phone. She far exceeded my expectations, and helped me get my new couch ordered that day.
No wonder their parking lot is always empty.
Fortunately, I didn't have to be stalked long, being that their merchandise is too expensive for the quality. Was an easy decision to leave.
