Update - after purchasing my current cell phone here my AT&T account was hijacked and my SIM card deactivated. I quickly found out there had been over $500 of international calls placed in the couple hours it took to fix the problem. Best Buy won't acknowledge it but this is the only place I was ever asked to give out my account password. In alnost 20yrs of carying a cell phone nothing like this has ever happened before. Buyer beware...
Was able to find what I needed here. Store is not the easiest to navigate with a cart at the holidays because of the multiple displays in the aisles.
Original - Greatest Best Buy in the area. Smaller than others but there is always someone available to help. Not pushy at all.

We had a great experience with Wyatt helping us through buying a new TV, sound system, and wall mount pre black Friday. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about the products they had there as well as getting the best bang for our buck. Even with all the chaos of people shopping around us, he gave us his full and undevided attention.
Went in to buy some Bose portable speakers ($129.99). Guy said he could price match Sam's club ($99.95) but then the manager came and said I needed my Sam's club membership card which I didn't have on me. Refused to price match (power trip at its finest), so I just drove to Sam's club and bought it there... bad customer service cost them a sale. Go to the BB in Brookfield. Much better service.
